Two popular units at Shedfield House Dairy will be available from June 1st.
Units 9 and 10 which have separate entrances but are linked internally have their own parking and own landscaping right outside. With over 500 sq.ft of space and a meeting room, the units make a good space for a business with about 4/6 people.
The units also have access to the fibre network on the Estate and have access to 2Mbps of uncontended bandwidth as part of the rental package. Additional managed IT services can be acccessed through the Estate's partner, Newnet.
